  • Updated Warehouse Listing and order detail layouts
  • New iMile carrier integration for UAE deliveries
  • Shipment processing and product association fixes

New Features

User Account Controls

Administrators can now enable or disable accounts directly from the User Details screen.

Access to these actions is controlled through role-based permissions, helping organizations limit account management tasks to authorized users. This gives administrators a clearer and more direct way to manage access without relying on separate account workflows.

Product Improvements

Updated Warehouse Listing

The Warehouse Listing screen has been revised to make warehouse records easier to review and navigate.

The updated layout provides clearer organization for teams managing multiple warehouse locations, reducing the effort required to locate and review individual warehouse records.

Clearer Order and Shipment Information

The Shipping Address section in Order Details now uses a clearer layout, making delivery information easier to read during order review.

Shipment and order information has also been reorganized to provide better visibility into fulfillment records. These changes help warehouse and support teams review order details without searching across loosely structured information.

Client Portal Dashboard Identification

The Client Portal dashboard now displays a 3PL badge for the owner organization, making it easier to distinguish the primary 3PL from connected client accounts.

Handheld Workflow Reliability

Updates to the handheld application provide more consistent receiving and packing workflows on the warehouse floor.

These changes support more reliable product handling during mobile warehouse tasks and reduce interruptions when operators confirm received or packed items.

Integrations

iMile Carrier Integration

Fulfillor now supports iMile for applicable deliveries in the UAE. Warehouse teams can dispatch shipments and receive tracking updates through connected Fulfillor workflows.

Planned Carrier Integrations

Additional carrier connections are in development for Zajil Express, EMX, Shipa, and J&T.

These integrations are not included as available features in this release. Availability and supported workflows will be confirmed in future Fulfillor updates.

Fixes and Stability Updates

Several shipment processing issues have been resolved across order, packing, and fulfillment workflows.

Updates include:

  • More reliable confirmation of packed shipment items
  • Corrected cases where unassigned shipments could appear incorrectly
  • Resolved product association issues within shipment records

These fixes help warehouse teams maintain more accurate shipment records and reduce confusion during packing and order review.

Backend Preparation for AI Insights

This release adds backend infrastructure to support future AI Insights capabilities across the Client Portal and Backoffice.

These changes do not represent a fully available customer-facing AI Insights feature yet, but they prepare the platform for future analytics and reporting updates.

Why These Updates Matter

The February release gives administrators more direct control over user access while making warehouse, order, and shipment information easier to manage.

Warehouse teams benefit from more reliable packing and shipment workflows, and UAE-based operations gain another carrier option through iMile. The release also establishes technical foundations for future organization-level insights without presenting unfinished infrastructure as an available feature.
